Includes posting on the MLS for 6 months, photos, features sheet and a large professional street sign.

MLS listing $2999.00*
Includes posting on the MLS for 6 months, photos, features sheet, large professional street sign, home staging, two open house(s) and contract completion.

Or let me create a flat fee pricing model, based on what you want. In all cases, I co-operate with other Realtors to ensure your property gets the best visibility.

MLS full service option is commission based on your houses overall anticipated sales price. Call me for a free estimate of your property and a fair commission rate that includes all of the above services, 360 degree video, multiple web postings, all viewings, negotiations, agency relationship.

*The Real Estate Association mandates a commission be paid to the Buyer's agent. This price does not include that commission.
